If you have a Tasilab account, the dashboard's Support page has a short contact form that routes to the same inbox and automatically includes your user ID — useful when you're reporting an account-specific issue and want us to find the relevant logs quickly. Open the dashboard and click Support in the sidebar.
Privacy and data requests
For PDPL-related requests (access, correction, deletion of your personal data, withdrawal of consent), please write to contact-us@tasilab.com. We respond within 30 days as required by the Personal Data Protection Law. See our privacy policy for the full list of rights.
Security disclosures
If you discover a vulnerability in the API, dashboard, or SDK, please email contact-us@tasilab.com with "Security disclosure" in the subject line. We will acknowledge within two business days. Please give us a reasonable window to investigate and roll out a fix before any public disclosure — we'll keep you informed of progress and credit you publicly when the fix ships, if you'd like.
Where we are
Tasilab is operated as an independent personal project. We don't yet have an incorporated entity or a registered office; correspondence is handled by email. The team is based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
